Hi-Flow is a small, family run business which has been established since 1990. We specialise in installation, fault finding, diagnosing and repairing problems on all types of domestic heating systems and domestic plumbing networks.

We provide a prompt, efficient and cost effective solution to all our clients needs.

Our telephone, call management and invoicing systems are all fully computerised which provides our customers with the best possible service, from initial contact, parts ordering, job progress and leading on to job completion.

We aim to keep customers fully updated on the status of their repair.

Our employees are all fully qualified gas service engineers and / or advanced plumbers. They will arrive at your premises in a clean, modern, white liveried vehicle and will be of smart appearance and wearing company uniform. They will have a comprehensive tool and diagnostic kit and a basic van stock relating to your repair.

We take particular pride in the variety of private householder customers we have established over the last fifteen years, throughout Central Scotland.

They are the lifeblood of our business and we are proud that they now number in excess of one thousand regular individual clients.

We constantly strive to improve the service we provide. We truly value customer comments / criticism. In common with all companies involved in customer service we cannot possibly get it right all of the time. We would much rather hear from one unhappy customer than from ten happy ones.
