Job Costing

We operate on a “no surprise “ basis regarding job costing.

That is to say that all customers should fully understand and agree with any and all costs relating to their installation or to the repair of their heating or plumbing system.

We will agree a price with you for our engineer to attend on-site for initial examination, & fault diagnosis.

This will include up to one hour on site labour costs but excludes any parts and VAT.

This account should be settled directly, on site, with the attending engineer, unless an account has been opened or a credit agreement has previously been agreed.

Any further works will be subject to a seperate, written or verbal, estimate and a pre agreed payment plan, usually on job completion.
